APPLICATIONS FOR PLACES IN THE SCHOOL IN 2023/24
The admissions window for school places for the 2023/24 school year opened on 1st October and closed on 31st October at 11.59pm. You can still submit a Late Application however by clicking on the link below.
The lotteries for all incoming classes in 2023 will take place on Monday 14th November and we will notify entrants of their number drawn by email on or before Friday 18th November. Late Applications will be accepted until the end of September 2023.

Application and Decision Dates for admission to GBMDS for the school year 2023/2024
The following are the dates applicable for admission to Junior Infants

1. The school will commence accepting applications for admission on:

2. The school shall cease accepting applications for admission on:

31st October at 23:59
|
|
3. The date by which applicants will be notified of the decision on their application is:

Within 3 weeks of the closing date for applications
|
|
4. The period within which applicants must confirm acceptance of an offer of admission is:

Within one week of the offer being made
|
Note: applications made after the enrolment period will be processed as late applications, the school will consider and issue decisions on late applications in accordance with the school’s admission policy.
Failure of an applicant to accept an offer within one week of the offer being made may result in the offer being withdrawn.
